Hooray for Earth are a new band out of new york who make great psy-pop in a similar vain to MGMT or Yeasayer. They make very good pop songs which have a sort of quirky off key quality. Currently,"True Loves" is getting a lot of blog love.  It is getting love for good reason, it has a great rhythm and groove, with a very catchy chorus.  A pop tune totally ready for summer festivals and outdoor parties.  "Form" is a more straight ahead rock song, but still very enjoyable and uptempo.  From these two tunes you can see why they have toured with Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Surfer Blood, and Architecture in Helsinki.  Expect big things from these guys!  Tour Dates after the jump and a Lemonade remix of "Comforable, Comprable".
