Last night Hooray for Earth played the Paradise with Architecture in Helsinki.  The Bruins also played the Cannucks, so Architecture in Helsinki was skipped - side note: Game 7, Stanley Cup is there a better sporting event?  Anyway, Hooray for Earth rocked the stage for one quality set.

Tame Impala and Yuck

Last night I saw Tame Impala and Yuck at Paradise last night.  It was a great guitar rock show.  Displaying two different, but compatible band sounds.

Road Warrior Tour at Paradise - 4/24

 

The Road Warrior Tour is Mary Anne Hobbs current US tour. Last night she, Lorn, Take, and Mike Slott all played the Paradise rock club. I don't think the Paradise was ready to meditate on bass weight. 

Tamaryn & the Raveonettes - 3/31 Paradise

Tamaryn is a newish band based  out of San Francisco.  They will be inevitably be labeled shoegaze, though that isn't exactly what they are.  Their performance last night opening for the Raveonettes was certainly a memorable experience.
